Every weekend, we'll focus on a different implement or skill within the sport of strongman—building cycles that improve movement, reveal your strengths and weaknesses, and develop mental toughness—all while keeping things fresh and fun.
Strongman Saturdays is the perfect addition to your current program. Use these sessions to hone the skills you need to become a better strongman, or just test the waters to see if this sport might be right for you.
Each Saturday, you'll receive both a high-intensity and a low-intensity version of the planned workout. That way, you can choose what best fits your needs and seamlessly integrate these sessions into your existing training plan. We'll also provide alternatives for most implements in case you're missing certain equipment.
